• During the term of a service provision contract
When the processing of personal data is necessary for the signing, execution, and management of the service provision contract.
• Compliance with a legal obligation
When the processing of personal data is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which Jovicar is subject, either directly or indirectly (by virtue of the service provision contract with the client).
WHAT DO WE DO WITH PERSONAL DATA?
Personal data may be used for service billing; marketing campaign promotion; defining consumer profiles; optimizing the customer experience; and adapting and developing new products or services.
HOW LONG DO WE STORE PERSONAL DATA?
• Data required for compliance with legal obligations
Will be kept for the legally required period (for example, Tax Authority – 12 years).

Will be kept only for the period of time necessary to fulfill the defined purpose or, as applicable, until you exercise your right to object, your right to be forgotten, or withdraw your consent.

• Right of Access
Right to obtain confirmation of which of your personal data is being processed and information about it, such as the purposes of processing, retention periods, and more.
• Right to Rectification
Right to request the correction of your personal data that is inaccurate or to request that incomplete personal data be completed.
• Right to Erasure or to be Forgotten
Right to have your personal data erased, provided there are no valid grounds—particularly legal ones—for its retention (for example, legal obligations imposed by the Tax Authority or the Courts).
• Right to Data Portability
Right to receive the data you have provided in a commonly used digital format or to request the direct transfer of your data to another entity.
• Right to Object
Right to object to or withdraw your consent, at any time, to data processing, provided there are no valid grounds—particularly legal ones—for its retention (for example, legal obligations imposed by the Tax Authority or the Courts).
• Right to Restriction
Right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, either by suspending the processing or by limiting the scope of processing to certain categories of data or processing purposes, provided there are no valid grounds—particularly legal ones—for its retention (for example, legal obligations imposed by the Tax Authority or the Courts).
• Right Not to Be Subject to Automated Decision-Making
Right not to be subject to decisions made solely on the basis of data processing carried out by a computer program intended to evaluate certain characteristics of the data subject, provided there are no valid grounds—particularly legal ones—for its retention (for example, legal obligations imposed by the Tax Authority or the Courts).

• Right to Notification
Right to be notified by the controller of personal data in situations where there has been a rectification or erasure of data, or a personal data breach posing a high risk to personal rights and freedoms, unless this proves to be impossible or entails a disproportionate effort.
